Pool and Swimming Information:
Athletes begin in the pool with the swim event. Athletes need to arrive ready to swim with bathing suits on.

**Bring towels and goggles.

**If you are bringing your own pool floats or life jacket, please bring them with you on arrival. There will be flotation devices at the pool if you do not have one.

Cycling Information:
This is the second part of the triathlon. Remember athletes will need to be able to either walk or use their wheelchair from the pool area to the cycle transition area outside as the two areas are NOT next to each other. Bicycles can be dropped off any time after 7 a.m. Volunteers will bring the cycles from your vehicle to the cycle transition area. If the cycle is not labeled with the athlete's name, we will have stickers to label it. Bring your own helmet if you have one. If it is not labeled with the athlete's name, we will label it.

**If you do not have a bike/trike for the event, visit Creative Mobility after you check-in. They will be located at the cycle transition area and will fit the athlete for a cycle prior to swimming.

**If you do not have a helmet, St. Louis Children's Hospital Safety Stop will have a tent to purchase a helmet and get it properly fitted.

Running/Walking/Wheelchair Information:
This is the third and final part of the triathlon. Equipment utilized by athletes to get from the swim area to the cycle transition area and then used at the running/walking/wheelchair area will be brought to that area by our bike/equipment runner volunteers.

Equipment Drop-off:
If your athlete does not require equipment to get to the swim area and cycle transition area, a volunteer can bring any walkers, wheelchairs, etc. from your vehicle to the run/walk/wheelchair transition area. We will have stickers to label the equipment if it is not already labeled with the athlete's name.
