What is Tri My Best?

Tri My Best is an adaptive triathlon for children with motor disabilities. Athletes train throughout the year and complete a triathlon tailored to each participant’s mobility level. Tri My Best is designed to give the kids a reason to train and stay active throughout the year by promoting physical fitness and endurance outside of the hospital walls and providing an experience they wouldn’t otherwise have.

How does my sponsorship or donation help?

Proceeds from Tri My Best support St. Louis Children's Hospital mission to do what's right for kids. By supporting this event, you are helping young people with cerebral palsy and related disabilities have the opportunity to enhance their physical abilities,fitness and self-esteem through sports activities year-round. The St. Louis Children’s Hospital Cerebral Palsy Sports and Rehabilitation Program has approached comprehensive clinical care and healing with the whole child in mind — integrating the Tri My Best Adaptive Triathlon, camps and adaptive sports classes into patient care.
