St. Louis Children’s Hospital Gift-In-Kind Donation Form

St. Louis Children's Hospital’s Child Life Department accepts gift-in-kind donations on behalf of the hospital.

A gift-in-kind is a contribution of goods and/or services that can be used for charitable purposes in lieu of cash, securities or personal property. Each year, St. Louis Children’s Hospital receives toys, teen gifts, art supplies, video games, stuffed animals, and crib mobiles donated in-kind to the hospital. These gifts help us in our mission to do what's right for kids.

Gifts-in-kind are used in various places throughout the hospital, including the child life playroom, teen lounge, library, emergency unit, radiology, waiting areas, admitting and many more patient service areas. Your donations are greatly appreciated!
