2024 Employee Giving Program

St. Louis Children's Hospital Foundation funds programs and services above and beyond those covered by normal hospital operations. The Employee Giving Campaign is an opportunity to participate in our culture of philanthropy and give to those programs and services that directly support our patients and families. Please join us!

This form is ONLY to pick up apparel from the St. Louis Children's Hospital Foundation Office. If you wish to purchase at St. Louis Children's Hospital Coffee & Gift Shop, please complete the form at their register.

Please note:

  • With a one-time minimum donation of $26 you receive a new spirit t-shirt.
  • With a one-time minimum donation of $52 you receive a crewneck sweatshirt.
  • With a one-time minimum donation of $78 you receive both a t-shirt and sweatshirt.
  • For orders containing multiple items, please pay the appropriate amount in the Other Amount field under Select Gift Amount. (E.g. seven t-shirts = $182)

St. Louis Cardinals Incentive
Donors who make a minimum gift of $250 to the 2024 Employee Giving campaign by August 1 will be entered to win sets of two all-inclusive St. Louis Cardinals tickets in the BJC suite. Winners will be contacted one month before the game.
